Isn't this clip the mark of secular society?
It is ok to bag and water down the gospel all you like but mention scripture and the truth of Jesus and they "don't want to get into a religious debate".
What was Oprah talking about if not religious things?

That is the current thinking of secular liberals who think they are religious. However, regeneration by the Holy Spirit which leads to faith in Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. This new creation in Chirst will be led by the Spirit (Romans 8:14) and become a disciple.
